Experiences
We have been in the Fire Protection industries since 1998. The Multi-million dollars Projects that had been handle by our founding director such as Pulau Semakau (reclamation land), Ministry Of Home Affair (MHA) building , AMK Hub, 313@ Somesat shopping, Jurong Point Shopping etc.
In 2010, he was appointed to lead the Fire Protection Service, Maintenance, and Minor A&A department at Tyco Fire, Security, and Services. To drive operational excellence, he spearheaded a full departmental restructuring, establishing three specialized units: Minor Projects, Service & Maintenance, and System Upgrading & Repair.
As the hiring lead, he was responsible for recruiting and defining clear roles, responsibilities, and scope of work for all new and existing staff within the new structure. This strategic reorganization and clarification of duties enabled the teams to achieve significant gains in response times and service quality, which rebuilt strong customer satisfaction and trust.
The results were substantial: these operational improvements fueled double-digit business growth and ensured healthy cash flow, despite a challenging market and a reduced staff headcount. His key leadership accomplishments included expanding a core client contract from 1 to 6 SIA hangars and securing major, long-term service agreements with prestigious clients such as Suntec City, Paragon Shopping center, Takashimaya shopping center At Ngee Ann city, Wisma astra, Tiong Bahru Shopping center, Alcon, Tengah Air Base, Seletar Air Base, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, the entire Resort World Sentosa (RWS) complex, and Seletar Aerospace. He also directed the sales strategy to win the significant LTA MRT Tuas Extension project.
Beyond departmental leadership, he authored a comprehensive proposal for the optimization and integration of three interrelated departments: Fire Protection, Security, and Traffic Services. This strategic blueprint was presented to and approved by global leadership, leading to its successful company-wide implementation. The document’s quality was further validated when a senior executive later used it as a benchmark for excellence in a subsequent role at a new organization.
